MayView accepts new patients who are insured through Medi-Cal, Medi-Cal Expansion, Medicare, Santa Clara Family Health Plan and Blue Cross Health Plan. Uninsured patients are always welcome and service fees will be based on income and family size. Uninsured patients are “self-pay” and may be eligible for discounts according to our Sliding Fee Scale.
MayView participates in Healthy Families, Healthy Kids, Cancer Detection Program (CDP), Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP), Family Planning Access Care and Treatment (FamPACT), Primary Care Access Program (PCAP), and the GATEWAY program, which guarantees access to preventive care for uninsured children. Please ask at the Front Desk for assistance with applications for these programs.

For urgent health problems after hours or on weekends, please call a MayView clinic and follow the directions to speak to a triage health professional at Valley Medical Center. Or you can walk in to the Express Care Clinic at Valley Medical Center, which is open for a few hours past midnight.
