Many of our staff members have been with MayView for many years – a reflection of their dedication and passion for the patients and families we serve and the services we provide.
Kenneth D. Graham, FACHE, CEO
Kenneth D. Graham, MPH, FACHE has served as the CEO at sophisticated hospitals and as a board member or advisor to dozens of healthcare organizations. Graham holds a B.S in Public Health and a Masters of Public Health both from UCLA. He is professionally certified in healthcare administration (FACHE) and in medical record administration (RHIA). Previously Graham served as President at North Hawaii Community Hospital, a recent (2014) Affiliate of The Queen's Health Systems on the big Island of Hawaii. Graham is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of El Camino Hospital, a 442 bed, district owned not-for-profit hospital located on two campuses in the heart of Silicon Valley from August 2006 to July 2011. Ken has also volunteered as a board member of RotaCare Free Clinics, Co-Chair of Consumer Engagement Task Force for the California Health Information Association; Palo Alto University Rotary Club Civil Discourse project member and Mentor UCLA Fielding School of Public Health MHA Graduate Student program.
Kirsti Weng, Medical Director
Dr. Kirsti Weng is MayView’s new Medical Director and serves as one of our many hardworking providers in Palo Alto. She has 25 years of experience at Valley Medical Center and worked 5 years as a leader of the Stanford Express Care program. She previously worked as a lead professor of primary care and utilization at Stanford. Dr. Weng sees patients on Monday and Friday mornings and works our SNAP clinic on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Ashley Peil, Director of Finance
Ashley is responsible for MayView’s revenue cycle management (billing), budget, accounting, financial reporting, IT support, front desk staff, payroll, and facilities. After graduating from U.C. Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics, Ashley worked as a Health Care Consultant for Triage, a leading hospital review firm. During her time as a consultant, Ashley worked to uncover and solve process inefficiencies within major healthcare institutions throughout the U.S. She specializes in Revenue Cycle Management and Healthcare Policy/Data analysis.
Amy Welch, Director of Clinic Operations
RN, BSN, MBA
Amy joins our team as Interim Director of Clinical Operations. Recognized as an operational leader in the medical practice industry, Amy comes to us with over 25 years of healthcare experience, most recently primary care clinical service management with operational oversight of 10 primary care clinics with emphasis on improving patient access, throughput and satisfaction. Amy has previously worked at Stanford Healthcare, PAMF and Lucile Packard. She adds incredible clinical strength to our Senior Team and has a solid reputation for management and communication skills. Her office is at our Mountain View clinic, but she oversees all three MayView sites.
Charlene Gliniecki, Human Resources Director
Charlene is responsible for MayView’s staff recruitment, retention, employee relations, compensation and benefits, education and training and internal communications. Most recently she was Chief Human Resources Officer for 12 years at El Camino Hospital, Mountain View, California. Prior positions during her 26 years at El Camino Hospital included Director of Employee Health and Safety and Manager of Employee Health Service where she was the first nurse practitioner at the hospital and established a nurse practitioner employee health clinic. Previous positions included Assistant Clinical Professor in the Occupational and Environmental Health Nursing Program, UCSF, Research Associate, Environmental Health Associates, Berkeley, CA. Until recently she serves as Assistant Clinical Professor, non-salaried, UCSF School of Nursing. She received a MSN from UCSF, BSN from Michigan State University and holds a current California RN license, Nurse Practitioner certification with furnishing number.
Kristen Brunk, Executive Assistant
Kristen Brunk primarily provides direct support to the Chief Executive Officer, Director of Finance, HR, Compliance and Medical Director. Additionally, she manages and coordinates the board of directors and board committee meetings. Kristen has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelors of Science in Health Care Administration from California State University, Chico.
