Karina Zhuravleva, MD
Staff Physician, Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology

Dr. Karina provides women’s health – obstetrics and gynecology – to her patients at our Mountain View clinic location on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. She received her medical training in St. Petersburg, Russia at the National Institute for Advanced Training for Medical Doctors and the I.P. Pavlov First Leningrad Medical Institute. Dr. Karina completed her medical residencies at St. Joseph’s Hospital & Medical Center in New Jersey and the Flushing Hospital & Medical Center in New York.
Swarnapali Seneviratna, MD
Staff Physician, Pediatrician

Dr. Seneviratna attended medical school at the University of Colombo in Sri Lanka, where she graduated with honors, and completed her medical residency at the Los Angeles County – University of Southern California (LAC-USC) Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Seneviratna has worked at Kaiser Permanente, Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital and in private medical groups providing a full-range of preventive, urgent and specialty care to infants, children and adolescents.
Tiffany Trieu, DO
Fluent in English, French, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin and some Spanish

Dr. Trieu attended medical school at the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York and completed her clinical residency in Family Medicine at the Nassau University Medical Center in New York. Her professional experience includes time at the University of Texas Health Science in San Antonio, Texas and the Stanford Hospital Sleep Clinic. Dr. Trieu has two professional publications on cervical cancer. Her patients appreciate her strengths of communication, understanding and empathy.
A family practice provider, Dr. Trieu accepts new adult and pediatric patients at our Sunnyvale clinic location.
Linda Barman, MD
Dr. Barman is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She completed her Residency at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and education at Northerwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, IL. Dr. Barman sees patients through MayView’s SNAP care, (Same day Next Day Acute care Provider Clinic) every Wednesday at Mountain View Clinic.
Sima Parsotam, MSN, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Fluent in English and Gujarti and conversational in Spanish

Sima came to MayView from Crescent Medical Center in San Jose where she practiced primary care and urgent care. She also worked as a Registered Nurse at Murfreesboro Medical Center in Tennessee. Sima received her Master of Science degree in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner at Tennessee State University and her Bachelor degree in Nursing at Carson-Newman College in Tennessee.

Maria Wusu, MD
Maria Wusu comes from Stanford Healthcare and works at our Mountain View Clinic every Wednesday. She also works as a Family Medicine Provider at Stanford Healthcare. She received her Bachelor’s degree in African American Studies from Stanford University and attended medical school at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, IL.
Meena Chelvakumar, MD
Dr. Chelvakumar works at our Palo Alto Clinic on Monday’s and Friday’s. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine, American Board of Family Medicine, and completed her Residency at the University of Washington Family Medicine Residency, WA. She has experience seeing a diverse range of patients and comes with previous experience working at Stanford Health care.
Ruthie Ayzenberg, LMFT
Ruthie Ayzenberg is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who excels in evidence-based treatment modalities and delivers mental health services to individuals, youth and families in a clinical setting. She is bilingual in Russian and English and sees patients on Wednesdays at our Sunnyvale Clinic.
David Rogers, MD
Dr. Rogers is a Locum provider who specializes in Internal Medicine. Coming to MayView from New Zealand, Dr. Rogers has extensive experience with all types of patients varying from pediatric to geriatric. Currently, he is seeing patients at our Palo Alto Clinic, Monday-Friday.
Richard Foy, MD
Dr. Foy is a Family Medicine Provider working from our Mountain View Clinic. He has experience with in-home primary care with elderly and disabled adults, as well as patients of all ages. He has also worked as a Medical Director in both urgent care and emergency care settings. He sees patients Monday-Friday at our MV clinic.
Alexandra Horevitz, LCSW
Dr. Horevitz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of California, Berkeley. She has extensive experience with community health clinics and has provided comprehensive behavioral and social support to patients of all ages. She currently works at our Palo Alto and Mountain View Clinic locations.
Maragadham Balu, MD
Dr. Balu currently sees patients at our Mountain View Clinic on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. She has experience with the Indian Health Center of Santa Clara Valley, Kaiser Permanente and University of California San Francisco.
Aarthi Anand, MD
Dr. Anand works at our Palo Alto Clinic. She is a board certified family physician with a certificate of added qualification in geriatrics. She has over 13 years of experience in outpatient, inpatient, urgent and skilled nursing care. She currently sees patients every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Kirsti Weng, MD
Dr. Kirsti Weng is MayView’s new Medical Director and serves as one of our many hardworking providers in Palo Alto. She has 25 years of experience at Valley Medical Center and worked 5 years as a leader of the Stanford Express Care program. She has also worked as a professor of primary care and utilization at Stanford. Dr. Weng sees patients on Monday and Friday mornings and works our SNAP clinic on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Shian Hong, FNP
Shian Hong is a bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner, grew up in San Jose and completed her Masters of Science as an FNP at Columbia University, NYC. She is now back near family in the Bay Area. She is experienced at interviewing patients in both Spanish and Vietnamese and performing physical examinations. Shian will be working at our Palo Alto Clinic, Monday-Friday.
Kevin Porciuncula, MD
Dr. Porciuncula is one of our physicians that has been thoroughly trained in quality patient care and Family Medicine. He sees patients of all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He sees MayView patients at our Sunnyvale clinic location, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
