	Haleh Sheikholeslami, MD Medical Director Fluent in Farsi and French MayView service provider since 2009 Dr. Sheikholeslami attended Hahnemann University for her graduate education. She graduated with High Honors in Family Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Ambulatory Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Infectious Disease. Prior to joining MayView, Dr. Sheikholeslami has worked at Rotacare Free Clinic in Mountain View, MCA Free Clinic in Santa Clara, and Davis Community Clinic in Davis.
	Rekha Reddy, MD Staff Physician Fluent in Hindi and Telugu MayView service provider since 2005 Dr. Reddy attended Gandhi Medical College in India for her graduate education and completed her Family Practice Residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York. Prior to joining MayView, Dr. Reddy has worked at The Brooklyn Hospital Center (affiliated with Cornell University) in New York, Cayuga Medical Center at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, Bronx-Lebanon Hospital, Stanford Hospital, Sir Ronald Ross Institue in India, and the Rural Aid Project in India.
	Namisha Chotai, MD Staff Physician Fluent in Hindi MayView service provider since 2011 Dr. Chotai attended Dr. D Y Patil Medical College at the Mumbai University in India for her graduate education. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. Prior to joining MayView, Dr. Chotai has worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Department of Gastroenterology at the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF), and as a Primary Care Physician at Dr. Jairaj Hospital in Mumbai, India.
	Katherine Blenko, MD VMC Ob/Gyn Physician Providing prenatal care at MayView since 1999 Dr. Blenko is a Department Liaison from Santa Clara Valley Medical Center to MayView Community Health Center-Palo Alto. She received her MD degree from New York University School of Medicine and completed her OB/Gyn residency program at Sloane Hospital for Women at Columbia University in New York, NY. Prior to joining SCVMC, Dr. Blenko worked at Queens Hospital Center and Menlo Medical Clinic.
	Alla Rosova, PA Staff Physician Assistant Fluent in Russian MayView service provider since 2008 Alla received certification as a Physician Assistant, Certified-Family Medicine, after completing training at the Primary Care Associate Program at Stanford University School of Medicine. She also received an MD degree at Russian State Medical University in Moscow. Prior to joining MayView, Alla worked in a private family practice in Campbell and at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation.
	Fran Goodman, RN Staff Registered Nurse MayView service provider since 2010 Fran attended University for her graduate education. Prior to joining MayView, Fran worked for Blue Cross and for Gardner Family Health Foundation.
	Carolyn Purcell, NP Family Nurse Practitioner, Family Counseling, Case Management MayView service provider since 2005 Carolyn received a MS in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco and completed the Nurse Practitioner Program at University of California, Davis. Prior to joining MayView, Carolyn worked with Planned Parenthood, Department of Fmily Health Care Nursing at UCSF, The Ministry of Public Health of Bolivia, and the Rodrigo Terronez Memorial Clinic of the United Farm Workers of America.
