MayView's Board of Directors includes many patients of the clinic as well as community members who bring their skills in finance, marketing, information technology, fund development, and health care management.
These individuals are volunteers who give many hours of their time to help MayView meet its goals and make sure that our patients have access to high quality health care.

Louise holds a BS from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. She started her career with Electronic Data Systems and worked with several health insurance clients to use information technology to improve business operations. Louise later worked as a management consultant and concentrated on business process reengineering in a variety of industries, including healthcare. Most recently, Louise worked at Oracle Corporation and focused on business planning and operations. |

Sandra has been a grateful client of MayView since 2004. She joined the board as a way to help MayView better achieve its mission. Sandra brings a background in hospital administration, public health, and business experience to the board. She is managing partner of Growth Sherpas, a consulting firm specializing in streamlining human performance in small and medium-sized businesses. |

Loren is our client and is grateful for the care she has received at MayView. Loren's background is in medical science, community relations and computer hardware. Her interest in serving on the Board of MayView stems from a sincere commitment to women's issues, to fair treatment for minority women, and to furthering new knowledge to meet these ends. |

Tom holds a BA from University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from San Jose State University. He has worked as a sales and marketing executive for technology start –up companies for the last twenty years. Tom has been a part of early management teams creating three public companies: Businessland, Beyond.com and Cybersource. He has been a long-time South Bay resident. |

Martha Sellers Angell is a senior consultant at Mlegal Consulting in Palo Alto/San Francisco, where she specializes in local, national, and international law firm recruitment. She graduated with honors from UNC-Chapel Hill, worked on Capitol Hill for two years, then got her JD at the University of Virginia. She started her legal career practicing law at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett in New York. She has edited legal magazines and journals in New York and London. |

Raul is a founder of Rojas Consulting, a company providing leadership training and business coaching to Latino micro entrepreneurs. He works with non-profit organizations developing culturally competent counseling and health education services for Latino families. Raul has a BA in Counseling and Psychology from the University of Mexico, Mexico City and a MA degree in Organizational Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, Pleasant Hill, California. He has served on the Board of several non-profit organizations serving low income families. |

Luis is president and executive officer of Coarte Mexicano of San Francisco, an organization dedicated to promoting Mexico's arts and culture. He has helped MayView organize several special events and fundraisers. |

Elina is a Certified Public Accountant currently working at Equinix, a global data centers company based in Redwood City, where she is responsible for compilation, recording and review of Treasury Accounting activities, financial statements and SOX 404 compliance. She graduated with honors from San Jose State University in 2006 with a BS degree in Accounting. Prior to Equinix, she worked at Ernst & Young and Genentech. Elina is a member of the Finance and Fundraising committees. |

Suzanne was raised in Silicon Valley and holds a BA from UCLA. She began her career in national politics, reprsenting the Valley's technology and telecommunications interests on Capitol Hill, later covering healthcare policy. Since then, Suzanne has advised and launched countless start-ups and non-profits in the Bay Area. She is also a writer and editor (including work for author/philanthropist Dave Egger's national non-profit 826 Valencia). Suzanne also has served as a film producer and advisor to several film organizaitons, recently co-founding Renaissance: San Francisco Bay Area. |

Ivan is a Senior IT and Operations Internal Auditor at SYNNEX Corporation, a Fortune 500 public company, where he specializes in IT Audit and Compliance. He also worked as IT assurance Consultant with Ernst & Young, San Francisco Office. Ivan holds a degree in Information Systems from Louisiana State Univeresity, Masters of Business Administration from Columbus State University, Georgia, and Bachelor in Business Administration in Finance from Varna University of Economics, Bulgaria. |
Joan is a Pre-school Master Teacher at the Boost Up Kids Academy and has been working as a teacher at different schools for many years. In the past she also worked as Transportation Security Officer for Covenant Security at the SFO Airport. She joins the MayView Board with excellent inter-personal skills, and work ethics obtained through her various jobs. She is passionate about helping the under served populations and is bilingual in English and Spanish. | |
Michele is an Attending Staff Physician at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford University. With her experience as a practicing physician she brings to the MayView Board her provider perspective. |
