Our Community Partners
MayView partners with Santa Clara Valley Health and Hospital Systems, which provides clinic facilities and grants to MayView. Santa Clara Valley Health and Hospital Systems works to help our patients in every capacity by also providing our patients with access to specialty medical care, hospitalization, urgent care, and emergency care.
MayView is a provider partner of the Valley Health Plan and Santa Clara Family Health Plan. We participate in Medi-Cal Managed Care, traditional Medi-Cal, FPACT, Healthy Families, Santa Clara County’s PCAP and Healthy Kids programs. MayView is also a provider partner of Anthem Blue Cross of California for State-sponsored programs.
As a founding member of Community Health Partnership of Santa Clara County (CHPSCC) and a member of California Primary Care Association, MayView works with other community health clinics to ensure that all Californians-regardless of income, insurance, race or ethnicity-have access to quality health care in their own communities, and to reduce health disparities rooted in poverty and social injustice.
Palo Alto, CA (since 2016) – Sunlight Giving awarded core support funding to MayView Community Health Center in addition to a generous donation to enable MayView to update our Palo Alto Integrated Behavioral Health consultation room.
To sustain healthy families and strong communities, Sunlight Giving supports local and national organizations that provide basic services to low-income families with children ages 0-5 in vulnerable communities throughout the United States. Sunlight Giving and MayView are excited to be a partners in the health and wellness of our community.
San Francisco, CA (2016) – Blue Shield of California Foundation awarded an annual Core Support Grant to MayView since 2015.
Peter Long, PhD, president and CEO of Blue Shield of California Foundation said, “Our continued investment in MayView Community Health Center reinforces our confidence in their ability to respond to challenges and opportunities while continuing to ensure access to care to low-income residents throughout northern Santa Clara County in Palo Alto, Mountain View and Sunnyvale.”
Community Health Partnership awards MayView grant to support Medi-Cal Enrollments
San Jose, CA (October 1, 2015) – The Community Health Partnership of Santa Clara County and MayView Community Health Center proudly announce their joint efforts to assist Medi-Cal enrollees – who are MayView patients – to renew their health coverage. Funding is generously provided for MayView from September 2015 through December 2016.
El Camino Healthcare District (2017) has supported MayView’s service to patients who live, work or go to school in the District. since 2008. El Camino’s support will provide access to care for low-income and uninsured patients in general medicine, pediatric care, women’s health, immunizations, preventive care and many other primary care services at our Mountain View clinic. Their support has expanded this year to include our integrated behavioral health program, our pre-natal program, and radiology referrals.
Thanks to the San Jose Auxiliary Book Department and the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health for their generous support of books in our waiting rooms, where we can create a literacy-positive space and encourage school readiness.
