Kimberly Garay, Assistant Secretary of the Board of Directors 

Kim joined the MayView Board of Directors in 2006 and is Chair of the Membership committee.  She is currently a project manager at Charities Housing Development Corporation, a non-profit housing organization that develops and manages housing for low-income families and individuals in Santa Clara County.  Kim has over thirteen years of experience in the affordable housing industry.  She has worked as a consultant and project manager developing housing for the elderly and disabled, and single-family homes for sale to low and moderate-income, first-time homebuyers.  She attended the University of California Berkeley.
